General conditions of transportation and cancellations:
SDS Autonoleggio will not be held responsible for missed flights due to airline decision to cancel the flight or damaged baggage due to client choice of vehicle size. The company and the drivers reserve the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage, which would result in the car being unsafe and unlawful according local regulations. This includes pet transportation without due regulation (e.g. appropriate cage according pet size). When booking please, do not forget to make sure you are requiring the appropriate type of vehicle if you have many suitcases or special luggage.
If you have any special need or passengers and/or items deserving specific attention (e.g. mobility supports, strollers, prams, golf clubs, pets, special or excessive luggage) tell our team during booking or write it in your request, it will be a pleasure to offer you a personalized assistance and all information you need for a smooth service operation. Every important information allow us to provide you with an impeccable service without unpleasant surprises and delays.
Waiting time and grace period: Our rates for Airport Meet & greet service includes 60 minutes waiting time after the flight has officially landed and parking fee at the airport. An additional cost will be charged for waiting time over 1 hour or fraction, supplement must be settled directly with the driver and the minimum amount is Euro 35,00 each waiting hour or fraction. Any other transfer includes 15-minute grace period, then we will contact the customer, if possible, to notify the application of the waiting supplement depending on the type of transfer or service agreed upon.
If we are picking you up for a transfer from the city to the airport and you keep our chauffeur waiting more than 15 minutes a charge for the waiting time could be added at driver’s discretion and according the situation. Our fare will increase if you request the driver to do extra pickup and/or stop on the way to the airport. Please ask our office or the driver for the extra charge you might have to pay only in these specific cases.
Alterations and cancellations: There will be a full charge for booking cancelled with less than 72-hour notice for any service confirmed. If you miss your flight or if your airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or if your flight is directed to another airport on arrival, please inform us immediately or as soon as you know, or a full charge will be made. Likewise, if your ship is not in a condition to moor in the harbour due to inclement weather or the cruise will arrive at another port of call, let us know as soon as you become aware of it. In any case, any voluntary cancellation or modification of less than 72 hours from the service will be subject to full payment of penalties.
Cancellations for special services: All special services (events, tours, specials) are subject to specific terms and cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking when the service is confirmed. Likewise, full charge will be made for no show up.
